Terms of sale
Last updated 9 October 2026
These terms cover the Shutterfold founder licence pre-order. Shutterfold is made by Krish Agrawal, an individual based in Australia ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@shutterfold.com.
Who sells it
Orders are processed by Stripe, which acts as the seller of record and reseller. Your payment, any sales tax, VAT or GST, and your receipt come from Stripe, and Stripe's terms for the purchase apply alongside these. We are responsible for building and delivering the app and for honouring refunds.
What you're buying
- A founder licence for the Shutterfold desktop app for Mac and Windows, for one person, once it is released.
- A year of updates from the day the first version is delivered to you.
- AI sorting for up to 50,000 photos using our OpenAI account. You can also use your own OpenAI account without that limit.
The price is $29 in US dollars, paid once. Taxes are shown at checkout.
This is a pre-order
The app is in development and is not available yet. There is no release date. We will email founders a release date once 50 founder licences are sold, and send progress updates until release. Features described on shutterfold.com are our plan and may change before release; if a change matters to you, you can get a refund.
Refunds
You can get a full refund at any time before you receive the app, and for 30 days after. If we decide not to release Shutterfold, we will refund every founder in full. Details are on the refund policy page.
Licence
When the app is released, you may install and use it on computers you own or control, for your own photos and your household's. You may not resell or share your licence key. The app is provided with care, but we can't promise it will be free of errors, so keep your original photos until you have checked the report.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer protection laws that can't be excluded. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, it is limited to the amount you paid.
Changes and law
If we change these terms, the version you agreed to when you paid still applies to your purchase. These terms are governed by the laws in force in Australia.
