Open it the first time

1. Open Shutterfold.dmg and drag Shutterfold to Applications.
2. Open Shutterfold. macOS says it cannot check the app. Close the message.
3. Open System Settings, then Privacy & Security. Scroll down and click Open Anyway next to Shutterfold.
4. Click Open Anyway again and enter your Mac password.

You do this once. Apple has not notarised Shutterfold yet, so macOS asks first. The app reads your files and changes nothing.

Then scan

Shutterfold finds your Photos library and your cloud folders on its own. Add any other folder or drive, then click Scan. For the Photos library, turn on Full Disk Access when the app asks. It shows you where.

When you want it all merged, click Clean up in the app. Your first 1,000 files are free.
