Free and paid plans

Shutterfold is free for one person. You pay only for what we host. The site shows no prices yet, because the paid plan is metered and its prices are set at launch.

Free	One person. One account of each cloud. A free allowance of gigabytes pulled each month. Your own storage, a folder or a drive you choose. Your own AI API key, if you want AI sorting. The scan, the merge, and a new merge every month.
Paid	Everything in Free, plus what we host. More than one account of the same cloud, priced per account. Gigabytes pulled beyond the free allowance, priced per GB. AI sorting on our servers with no key, priced per use. Storage on our servers, priced per GB. Family accounts, access from anywhere and sharing links.

Self-hosting

Self-hosting is the Free plan. It covers one person, on their own storage, with no sharing links. Sharing links and family accounts need our servers. We are friendly to open source and to people who host their own things.

What works today

Today the free app scans your Mac, your drives and the cloud folders on your Mac, and writes the report. Cloud connect and the merge are in development. They arrive in updates, in the Free plan. The monthly merge comes after the merge.

Hear when the paid plan opens

The paid plan is not on sale yet. In the app, click Clean up, then Notify me. Or leave your email on the pricing page. We email you once, when it opens.

Your photos stay yours

Our servers are used only when you choose something we host. We never keep, sell or train AI on your photos. See the privacy policy.
