Refunds

Nothing is on sale yet. When the paid plan opens, you get a full refund within 30 days of any payment. You do not need to give a reason.

1. Email hello@shutterfold.com from the address you paid with.
2. We confirm within two business days.
3. We refund the full amount to your card. Your bank usually shows it in 5 to 10 business days.

After a refund, the paid features stop. The Free plan stays. The refund policy has the full text.

If something does not work, tell us:

• the exact message that Shutterfold shows,
• your Mac model and macOS version, from the Apple menu, About This Mac,
• which sources you added.

Do not send your photos or files. We do not need them.
